The hotel rooms were high quality and very clean, offering a good view of the Arabian Gulf. Despite my request for early check-in and a later arrival, my room was not ready. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to make my stay special, including upgrading my room and arranging a birthday cake as a surprise. The location in Bahrain Bay was lovely for a morning stroll, although it needed more time to reach its full potential. The dining experience was delightful, with outstanding quality and variety, although more local fruits would have been a nice addition.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The infinity pool was a highlight, the staff were so friendly, and the hotel itself was beautiful. However, the room had a very bad view and felt cramped despite a large entrance. The check-in process was quick and efficient, though.
